Care That Meets You Where You Are

Hi, I’m Dr. Laura.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and registered yoga teacher, and I help my clients create real, sustainable change through a warm, evidence-based approach that builds on their strengths.

If you're here, you’re probably looking for support—maybe you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, ADHD, relationship issues, or past trauma. Whether this is your first time considering therapy or you’re searching for the right fit, you’ve already taken a big step toward change.

I specialize in CBT, DBT, and ERP, giving my clients practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and break unhelpful patterns. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about learning skills that actually make a difference in your daily life.

I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, and offer both in-person sessions (New York & Hawaii) and teletherapy (New Jersey & PSYPACT states). If you're ready to start feeling more in control of your life, I’d love to help.
